The Bosnian Pyramid Tunnels Off the charts for negative ions People travel there to heal their bodies! How to get more health benefits out of nature…negative ions are everywhere. Did you know that nature is so full of goodness for our health? I had the pleasure of travelling to the Bosnia Pyramids and Tunnels that scientists have been uncovering for years and where people travel to so they can walk and sit in the tunnels to help rebuild their cells especially in times of illness. There is something called Negative Ions that is all around nature that our bodies crave! Negative ions are in the air, they are present in our bodies but how many we have will contribute to our health. Negative ions neutralize free radicals in our body! Our cells LOVE negative ions! They help metabolize our cells and the best part is that being out in nature boosts our immune system! Once negative ions reach our bloodstream, they produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress, and boost our daytime energy. Montezuma Falls, Costa Rica 2021 So how do you get these benefits? It's easier than you think... Expose yourself to places with very high concentrations of negative ions such as: Dense forests (especially pine forests) Mountains. Parks. Waterfalls. Springs. Go outside after heavy rain and storms. Beaches. Platvice Lake, Croatia 2022 JUST WOW, Walked forever in this park! The most important benefit of negative ions is that they clear the air of airborne allergens such as pollen, mold spores, bacteria and viruses. They also clear the air of dust, pet dander and cigarette smoke. Negative Ion therapy is great for people with respiratory illnesses! Did you know that every time you shower you are releasing negative ions into the air? Also burning Beeswax candles clean the air, produce negative ions, and assist with allergy and asthma reduction. What about those Himalayan salt lamps have controversy surrounding just how effective they are. Salt lamps produce such a small amount that you would be better off installing a little indoor water fountain in your home to produce a larger amount of negative ions. These are small things to do to improve your health so go where the negative ions are, get out in nature, stand in the rain, walk in the forest! Being one with nature is good for the soul and you will feel better, guaranteed! Thank you for following my journey to writing a book series!
